In the year 2015 dated September 21 - Monday, BYSMP Bless the Children Foundation accepted the partnership offered by Manila Business College in supporting its campaign for uplifting the youth of today through quality education. Attended by BYSMP Executive Director; Ms. Eunice Cheng-Chua, Ms. Connie May Torres BYSMP Nurse, Mr. Jameson Chua, Executive Vice President of Manila Business College, and Ms. Karen Cecilia Ortega-Birosel, Vice President for Student Affairs of Manila Business College.
BYSMP Bless the Children Foundation is a non-government organization that helps less fortunate children and their families who are in need of surgical and medical interventions. The foundation is based in Bulacan and as of the moment they have 700 scholars.
The collaboration between BYSMP and MBC aims to provide quality education to deserving Filipino youth by MBC’s Youth Empowerment Program (YEP), Skills Enhancement and Educational Development for Student (SEEDS) Program and Unlimited Scholarship Program (USP). YEP and SEEDS are mainly intended for out-of-school youth and ALS passers, and the USP which is for fresh high school graduates for linking school years.
Through this partnership, the community in Tondo and the recipients of BYSMP will obtain the benefit of higher standard of business education from MBC. Rest assured that with the variety of scholarship programs MBC has to offer, the institution will be a big help in the community.
