Thursday, August 27, 2015 a renewal of contract was held at KFI office for the continuation of the partnership between Manila Business College and Kamanggagawa Foundation Inc. This event participated by Mr. Emilito V. Guevarra, KFI’s Admin Head and witnessed by Ms. Jona A. Campana. With Mr. Jesse Jacildo MBC’s Student Affairs Supervisor and Ms. Rio Marie Charlene Regala MBC’s Student Affairs Officer
For several years KFI and MBC were affiliated to help the Filipino youth in the field of education. KFI is a Manila-based non-profit organization under UNTV that improve the quality of life of the indigent Filipino people especially the elderly and the fatherless that was established in the year 2007.
The partnership’s main goal is to gather the out-of-school youth especially the financially unstable ones to have a better future by having a good education through MBC’s various scholarship programs like YEP and SEEDS. Also they launched YEP program in this event so that KFI have the knowledge about the new program that will surely cater the ALS passers and the youth that have the desire to finish college.
